Sweet with a bit of bite. Biscuit – like a refrigerator cake made from chocolate and ginger snap biscuits. Toffee sauce. Lots of cinnamon, cumin seeds and gingerbread. A little anise. Alcohol carries strong flavours and they balance well. Polished wood finish.
