TASTING NOTE:
Buttered grains, toffee and touch of incense on the nose. The buttery notes are slightly high but peel back to reveal tarragon. Nicely balanced on the palate rich sweetness with fresh barley grain character too. Very good. Anise-heavy black liquorice sits behind and precedes some cinnamon heat. Finish is very long, good complexity and lingering with great balance.
