TASTING NOTE:
"The nose has rye bread, sulphur (metallic), coastal elements, peat smoke and olive brine. The palate brings peppery smoke first, then heather and spiced pear. Next comes raspberry, cranberry, fudge and vanilla ice cream. The sulphur is moderate on the palate, and there's minerality, with root vegetables, seaweed and stone fruits. The finish is nutty, with cereal notes, before honey and barnyard elements emerge."
