"Citrus acidity – perhaps overdosing on that acidic. A slight solvent note, in a nice way. This is a little closedoff and shy at first, but with patience becomes more approachable, lime juice, apricots, syrup, mead, some bitter woodiness and pepper notes coming through. Medium aftertaste."
