"Aromas of cherries, prunes, plum jam, yoghurt, sourdough and biscuits. Rich, oily palate which coats the mouth well. Slight sweetness followed by intense dry fruit, nuts and maple syrup, with a nice rye, scalded bread flavour. Long heart-warming finish with ripe apple and Christmas cake.
