"On the nose there are hints of brine and sharp orchard fruits, balanced by notes of stewed pears and sponge cake. The palate is packed with notes of leafy herbs: mint and tarragon with a touch of fennel. Dark chocolate hides underneath with building toffee and baking spice. A hint of tar develops into the finish, with notes of ginger cake at the end.
