TASTING NOTE:
Herbal sherry and green olives lead the bouquet with malt, treacle, liquorice and sweet spices bringing up the rear. The oak is quite toasty with a generous dried fruit and hints of citrus rind. The palate is herbal and full-bodied with Armagnac-esque dri
