"Green tea, cereal, cocoa nibs, dusty mature oak, some overripe fruit, white pepper and peach. Tea tannins on the palate. After some water, the pepper and peach really open up, and there’s a white grape juice finish garlanded by grapefruit. It’s brilliant. "

"The nose is an interesting mixture of slight cedar wood, blueberry muffin sweetness, apricot jam with some fresh strawberries. There’s more juicy fruit appearing on the palate before things become slightly dry. There’s a little light spice that leads into a medium-length finish. "

"Very faint oak char on the nose, with that oak-aged quality, and a light toastiness too. Subtle red apples crop up as well. The palate is delicate, with more subtle oaky notes and some pear juice. The finish is barley sugar. Brilliant. "
