"Sweet and smoky goodness on the nose, with honeycomb like a crunchy bar, candyfloss, treacle, milk chocolate and a whiff of smoke. The palate is drying in the best way, with piques of chocolate, boozy fruit cake and slices of almond. The finish wraps you up in chocolate and burnt sugar. "

"The nose opens up with matchbox, followed by hot cinnamon, warm stone, PX sherry and treacle sweetness. Then there’s some intriguing tanning oil slipped in there on hot sand. On the palate it’s sweet and spicy, with milk chocolate, sweet sherry, liquorice, dry ginger and Szechuan pepper. The finish is sweet, sticky and gentle. "
