"The briny and maritime nose brings notes of a rich sea spray together with hints of toffee and coconut. The palate brings in extra layers of sweetness with notes of pain au raisin, vanilla sponge cake and buttered fruit loaf. More brine together with hints of pine wood develop into the lingering finish."

"The nose is like walking on to a garage forecourt after there’s been a bonfire! There are notes of thick smoke, petrol, TCP and ash trays. On the palate, the medicinal notes continue with iodine and smoked paprika together with added notes of figs and red berries. There’s a touch of pepper heading into the long, lingering finish."
