"The nose on this is almost industrial, like walking into a timber yard or perhaps a harbour. There’s sandalwood, polished wood, clove and ginger. The palate is big with intense notes of toffee flapjack, salted caramel, brandy snaps and biscotti spread. It finishes up with mouth drying clove, ginger and some lovely complex spices.
