"An intriguing mix on the nose of briney and coastal notes, smothered in custard and clotted cream, with some doughnuts on the side. Moving on to the palate it is like eating a cream scone on a pebble beach. Then you’re met with malt loaf, salted pretzel dipped in hot chocolate and lots of cask influence, leading on to a long, dry and peppery finish.
