"Some intriguing smoky herbs and iodine on the nose, making for an intriguing earthy aroma. Then on the palate there’s more peat smoke, rubber soles and an interesting medicinal note. Things seem to sweeten up a little with freshly squashed peppers and sweet wine cask that leads into a salty long finish."

"Savoury notes fill the nose, with slight seaside smoke taking over. On the palate things are well balanced, moving between sweet notes of Turkish Delight and savoury bacon, with a little barbeque. The finish drops off quite quickly. "

"The nose on this is almost industrial, like walking into a timber yard or perhaps a harbour. There’s sandalwood, polished wood, clove and ginger. The palate is big with intense notes of toffee flapjack, salted caramel, brandy snaps and biscotti spread. It finishes up with mouth drying clove, ginger and some lovely complex spices. "
